To give you the best care possible, it is neccessary for us to speak with you while making you first appointment.
At Springer Chiropractic, we make sure all our patients get the best care possible. During your first visit, Dr. Springer will review your medical history and chief areas of complaint. For diagnosis, an examination of your spine and range of motion will be performed. From there, Dr. Springer will provide a chiropractic treatment and help you choose the best option for chiropractic and nutritional services. It is recommended to bring all nutritional supplements being taken. Any recent blood tests should be sent to the office before your first appointment as well.
The first appointment is typically 60-90 minutes. For a shorter time in the waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form, the Neurotransmitter Assessment Form and the Metabolic Assessment Form and email them to us 24-hours before your scheduled visit (springerchiro@gmail.com).

Health Insurance Info:
If you have a health insurance plan that might offer reimbursement for chiropractic care (i.e. PPO, POS, Major Medical, etc.) paperwork can be requested from us to include in your submission of any claim to your carrier. Unfortunately, reimbursement for services rendered in this office is not available for those with coverage through an HMO, Medicare, MediCal or other like insurance programs.
